Project Description:  The aspiration for this new striking city centre building was to provide modern teaching and learning facilities for enterprising students and local start-up businesses to allow them to bring their business ideas to life. It promotes higher-level courses developed with leading industry employers to allow students to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to progress effectively in industry.

Construction Overview: The project required the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new 3 storey steel framed building on a busy city centre campus site. This flagship building was clad in a combination of masonry, curtain  walling, and colour changing Lumaglass glazing.
